Funders Group
Personal involvement of the donor
or family members makes this group unique. Certain challenges
are sometimes associated with family funders, such as making
effective funding decisions with little or no staff, managing
family dynamics, and working in isolation. Our Family Funders
group helps individuals and families participating in organized
philanthropy remain true to donor values while best serving community
needs, and provides a network to share best practices and lessons
learned with peers. By joining Donors Forum, individuals
and family funders can also connect with other types of funders
