Donors Forum is one
of six national sites selected by Grantmakers
in Aging for its EngAGEment Initiative,
designed to improve the lives of older Americans by focusing
more philanthropic activity on issues of aging. To accomplish this, Donors Forum is undertaking
the following activities:
- Survey existing conditions for seniors
- Catalogue programs serving seniors and their funding streams
- Identify gaps in services and funding,
and
- Educate funders about the issues facing
seniors in South Florida.
