Our Mission Donors Forum exists to help funders maximize the impact of their giving to create positive community change and to promote the importance of philanthropy in South Florida.

Our History

Miami corporations and foundations founded Donors Forum in 1988 to strengthen and increase the professionalism of philanthropy. Because Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Palm Beach Counties increasingly function as a region, Donors Forum expanded in geographic scope, and in 2000 was renamed Donors Forum of South Florida.
