National The federal government's official website about the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act contains information on all aspects of the stimulus package. The Council of State Governments' website designed to help states decipher potential funding opportunities and share best practices by tracking how the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of state governments are responding to and impacted by this historic legislation. The National Council of Nonprofits has published a series of special reports about the stimulus as it relates to nonprofits at www.councilofnonprofits.org/stimulus.
